I went for a 2XL being 6.3/230 and the vest fits me perfectly with no adjustments needed when wearing it over a T-shirt. There is plenty of room to adjust the vest when wearing heavier clothing or/and bodyarmour. 5.11 have made a top quality product, strong and sturdy. Would buy again.
