Abrasion Resistant garments are constructed from highly durable high-denier fabrics, designed for use in challenging conditions where garments are exposed to high levels of scuffing, scratching or rubbing. These garments will hold up to abrasion from rock, ice and sharp outdoor equipment better than those made from thinner, lighter materials.
I now have three of these pouches, one in black, one in OD green and one in khaki. The pouch is large enough for almost any handheld radio - thanks to the adjustable elastic retention cord even something as large as an MTS2000 will fit securely, albeit with some protrusion from the top. The Slickstick™ straps on the back make it quick and easy to attach the pouch to any bag with PALS webbing. The pouch is very well made - I've already had 3 years of use out of my black one with no real signs of wear. Highly recommended!

The radio pouch is well constructed and as such is rugged enough for most deployment uses. The pouch can accommodate both radio and handheld devices such as wireless intercom units. The advantage of the pouch is that it can be located on a variety of places on belts, webbing, rucksack and in a pocket if required. It would be useful if a landyard were available as an accessory so that it can be secured on the person carrying it

The pouch was not used for a radio but for a handheld wireless system. The pouch was very good able to attach to both webbing and belt as applicable. It will go on field trials during next month with hardy operators
